• Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

We offer Free Shipping across India unless otherwise mentioned during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where applicable).

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery failure, the shipment may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Fawkes will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Fawkes delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
